Melanie Saward, Director & Consultant
Mel supports church leaders and teams through work in team development, small group and discipleship ministries, creative and worship teams, and broader strategic leadership. Her experience includes strengthening leadership development, new people and discipleship pathways, and care structures that support both people and mission, across church and organisational contexts.
Mel holds a Master of Divinity, a Diploma of Project Management, a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Rehabilitation Counselling), and a Certificate in Training and Assessment and is a graduate of the Arrow Emerging Leaders program. She is also the author of three books on leadership and Christian living and previously hosted a podcast for five years, reflecting on faith, leadership, and everyday discipleship.
Melinda Medvedsky, Consultant
As a consultant, Melinda has extensive experience in a variety of church denominations. She has church planting, pastoral and general strategy experience, with specialised expertise in the worship team arena. Melinda has coached business professionals, church leaders, and groups from volunteer to board level.
Melinda holds a Bachelor of Theology, an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services, an Advanced Diploma in Creative Ministries, and a Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching, bringing theological grounding and practical leadership insight to her work.
